HB Disapire ( get closed ) when i start it !

Hello there,

As tittle says my HB get closed ( disapireing ) after i start it...
Just got new pc , fresh instaled wow , and fresh instaltion of hb ( tryed both Instaler and ZIP )... Have set up everything , 32 bit wow , direct x 9, windowd mode... Tryed with reinstaling hb couple of times too... tryed with deleteing settings folder and nothing helped...
Problem is just ... when i log in on my horobuddy its just open a starting window and than disapire somewhere ( not minimised ... ) and than i try to start again and again every time that happens...
what to do ?

Not really... Its really fresh pc , i instaled just few stuffs so i can start hb like:
vcredist_x86
NDP452-KB2901954-Web

Coz it was firstly showing me errors of another clas, than when i instaled this stuffs on top , its showing me current error ( i mean hb get instant closed ).

So there is nothing instaled like antivirus firewall and so on...

Just my firewall is on... so should i put it on off wich is not recomended...

When i try to start my wow via honorbuddy launcher its saying that i have to instal some ,, msvcp110.dll '' even i instaled it and than its shoiwing another kind of error... that aplication is not starting correctly...
