HB crushing

Good day!
Recently, my honorbuddy crushed after logging in,
I tried to repair, reinstall(with new directory), but still there is the same problem/
I also tried to reinstall net framework, but there is still the same problem

After 5th or 4th uninstalling its OK/
Got no idea what was the problem
