HB crashing wow

seems like when i start HB its crashing WoW this is with a clean HB install and here is a log decided to try another install with the installer now i get the error 0x80070490 -elements not found so i tried the zip file still crashing WoW

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

did not work i deleted the folder and restarted my computer installed from the link you gave me
