So after following everyone's advise yesterday, I uninstalled pretty much anything to do with .net framework and c++ redistributables. then reinstalled it, restarted pc and before leaving for bed actually managed to get HB working. Log from yesterday.

Today, all happy that I got it running, I try to re-run the thing, only to find the problem is back:

Someone please help me out here, as I am going insane with this. No, WoW is not running in 64 bits mode. Yes, I have checked everything. So why the hell was it running yesterday and not today?
