HB Crashing on mob runaway - Wont proactively target

As per the title, HB refuses to pro-actively target mobs until they begin to smash my face in, also, whenever I am close to killing a mob, if the mob tried to run away or anything, I get a crash there to, below is my log, appreciate all the help

As per the bottom line, I thought this could have affected HB (to generate the crash etc) so disabled all plugins, same problem :S

Well first did you read the disclaimer when you downloaded the beta of HB 1.931? Are you making your own profiles or using one you made?
If you are just planning on botting with default profiles go back to HB 1.9.2.3

you need to delete apoc's plugin not just disable
if you still have issues post your log again
