HB Crashing constantly

Used to work perfectly fine some months ago with the same setup, but now I can't even start it without getting this error message. Not finding any help browsing through 4-5 pages of this forum so trying my luck with a post.

Is the mentioned file in the Honorbuddy folder?
Try a reinstall?

The mentioned file is indeed in the folder, and ive tried reinstalls three times. Really odd.

Ive run that file aswell. Didn't change anything. Is there any way to start fresh. Like anything to uninstall before running that file to make it work?

i have exactly the same problem with the new HB

make sure you are running the wizard i gave you as admin

also check if there are any windows updates
