HB crashing after a few minutes

Always does this. Im running windowed at 1280x960. Tried to reinstall hearthstone as well.

the game doesnt crash but it says "disconnected". even though my internet is perfectly fine, no dropped packets or anything.

tried it multiple times. nothing. can you review the log? it's not anything on my end. I work IT for a living and I'm pretty certain
