HB Crashes -- Won't Last More Than 5 Minutes

Attached Log File, it was running great before. I just recently refreshed my windows 8 installation, so its like a fresh OS install.

"I ran the "Buddy Dependency Installer" Which downloaded the VS2010 and 2012 for me .. the problem remains! Help plz!

have you tried a fresh clean install of version 70 ?

Not just a update but clean.

Yes sir. That is exactly what I did. a fresh clean install of version 70.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
