HB crashes HELP!

Hey,

Here is the log file when I try and install Honor buddy. I have used honorbuddy in the past but after the newest patch to WOW I was not able to use it any further. I have uninstalled, attempted to reinstalled, have placed the honorbuddy folder on my desktop and exe to open it. When I exe. or try to load it by doing the exewow loader, honorbuddy crashes and says it is forced to close. I am in a windows 7. I was running the game on 32 bit client. I don't know that much about computers. HELP!

Get the actual version (.705) from here Releases (Newest release, first posting)

Goto the "Requirements" paragraph there and install all 3 posted links (mandatory!).
Then reboot your PC, make a clean installation of HB from the ZIP (not the installer!) into an new and clean folder.

Seems this is more a problem with your windows, respectively your permissions.

The error code 0x80070005 is also described as ACCESS DENIED.

Have you tried to install it with your firewall/antivirus disabled? An active AV is the most reasonable cause.
Did you perform a Windows Update recently?

Sorry, this is an issue of your windows security, alas I can't help you in this case.

^that was the wrong one I need the 2012 one. ^that one and the first requirement is dled but for whatever reason the 2012 one will not dl. I'm losing hope

Just tested to DL it and it does.
If you use antivirus software, then terminate it for the DL (and I mean terminate, not only disable!).

I have deleted all my virus software, ect. I can not dl it... I went into windows safemode to dl it same message. ^can not be this problem... Does anyone know which Microsoft Visual C++ listed above is the un-updated version of what I am trying to dl? I am just going to delete it.

I not that savvy with computers but thinking logically; if it was a firewall/antivirus, why would it allow me to dl the first and third requirement and not the 2nd? (either way I deleted all my FW/antriV protection and see no luck

)

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
