Hb crashed when i login

I start hb, and login and then it crashed:

Hb has encountered a problem, We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Could not load file or assemby 'fasmdll_manager.dll' or one of tis dependencies.

Im useless so i dont know whats wrong? ;D
