hb crash wow crash

if someone can tak a look at this log and help me out please.. I cleared my cache, restarted computer, turned off all addons, wow is windowed mode...

umm nope.. i looked in my task manager an gb isnt there it just starts up but then turns wow blank

I mean i am new to this... it wouldnt be a conflicting issue with the baddons.wcf file in addons would it?

looks like i had the service pack 1 and there is a 2 available i will try this and see i was useing Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1

same issue when i run wow then i run HB i get the wow (not Responding) i believe everything is up to date

some times a uninstall and a re-instalation of net.framework solve this issue

the only thing i can think of is i think i found an older version of gb running in the process tab of my task manager... i try to delete it but it cames back when i do a restart i just found it there

that gb issue doesnt seem to be there anymore but heres my log again the only thing i did different was run hb login, started wow, than logged into hb... I think its the same issue though... i also tried to reinstall hb several more times i used the other post as an option to rid of styx files and log but then replaced them because of no luck... my apologies for not attching this file i cant find the option

ahhh i fixed it thanks a ton for your patience and help...

I had the updated version, but when i reinstalled, i grabbed the old version thinking the new one was updated on the download page of the site
