HB crash when attaching to WoW

HB closes unexpectedly after logging in while attempting to attach to WoW. HB window simply closes after about 3 seconds

-DirectX 9 is enabled in WoW (Running Windows 10, not sure if it will run DX9 though)
-Windows is up to date (including C++ Redist).
-I have restarted the PC.
-I have been through list of known software conflicts and removed the only two that I found (Razer Synapse and Discord.)
-I have no anti-virus or firewall running to prevent connection.
-I have a fresh install of HB.
-I have also gone into Task Manager and killed some of the unknown/unnecessary processes that were running.
-Issue occurs regardless of selected HB server.
-Issue occurs on new blank user, admin user and my normal non-admin Windows users.
-Issue does not occur if HB finds WoW 64-bit is running and gives me that error message instead of closing promptly.

I have just tried with dx11, same issue.
