completely restart your machine, then
wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"

Updated log, any more advice would be greatly appreciated!
Started in 32bit mode and ran as admin, still no luck unfortunately...

check your anti-virus that its not removing or blocking access to honorbuddy files.
reDownload the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

Just as an FYI - I did realm transfer and faction transfer, do you think that may have impacted it all? (Character also required a name change)
