HB closing after trying to launch

I can't attach a log atm, my can't access the forums for some reason. After using the launcher, and logging into to wow, I try and start HB and it gets to attach and immediately closes with no error message, working on getting a log. "Error attaching honorbuddy to wow! - System.xml.exception: · . ·, Hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character. Line 1, position 1

Update: after clearing wow cache and wtf folders and deleting hb cache and logs it works for some characters, not others.
