HB closing after Login

Tried everything, deleted addons, ran in D3D11 and D3D9, tried to repair WoW but its greyed out. Ran WoW32 in Admin.

Also, uninstalled other Miscrosoft Visual C++, currently have Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (64x)14.0.23026 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (86x) 14.0.23026

Heres the weird part. Earlier today I had the problem, I'm not sure what I did but I managed to get it to work but couldn't find Enyo in my Botbase. I had to go manually download it and then restarted HB. Then the issue came back.

I have NVIDIA Experience, I disabled it. I'll try to uninstall it to see if it helps?

Also, DX9 did not work.

Okay, so I got it to work on DX11. I have no idea what I did... it just started working again. I turned off Windows Defender and exited Geforce Experience.
