HB closing after login

When WoW logs in, i hit the login button on hb screen pops up then closes about 2 seconds after

everything is updated
did fresh install
restarted.

The error is weird. has never happened before. Now HB will work just fine one all my toons but my mage.
When i try to login to HB on my mage it just closes right after i press the login button.
I tried changing zones but nothing is working. Its just this one toon that HB wont start and stay on after pressing login.
