HB closes after logging in

I bought a new laptop, but I started to have problems with HB. Several times I got to run like that HB, but now it is closed again at the start. In fact, if you include the HB dx9 works, but to play GTX970m + dx9 is ridiculous. On my second laptop (GTX460m + dx11) HB operates without problems. Please, help

it has to do with your setup,on some system wow on dx11 is problematic while running HB
