HB causing massive fps drops.

Every time i run HB it starts just fine and after 5-10 mins fps drop from 50+ to 10-5fps. Ive tried to address this with known fixes like prioritizing my wow process, downloading new HB setup, using repair tool on wow launcher....none seem to solve the issue, any advice?
