HB cant gets a multiply quest from a quest giver

greetings, i have problem with my HB, my HB cant gets multiply quest ( 2 or more quest from a same quest givers )
i was already try all for fix it, already re-install my windows, delete chace folders ( HB and wow ), and clean install HB, but its still not works
help me pls, thanks

it looks like its trying to complete http://wowhead.com/quest=35070
but cant, try completing the quest manually, then starting the bot again.

yea its trying to complet that quest, and its multiply quest turn in. and it will happen again and again everytime meet 2 or more quest at the same quest givers. here i send you my latest log for that account, btw...i run 8 wow account on this PC, and all accounts have same problem
