HB can't attach itself to WOW

HB can't attach itself to WOW, when i trying next happens:

"Honorbuddy attempted to perform an operation net allowed by the securite policy"
there is continue button and if i push it, error appears


Windows firewall turned off
Antivirus - nod32
HB licence - lifetime

Where is the problem?

.net framework verification tool says that i have .net framework 3.5 installed
