Like said in the title when I load HB after it is done loading where ever I move the mouse over the GUI it the text blurs and or gets really large also happens at random. While it is loading this doesnt happen until it has loaded. Also the buttons will disappear turn black text disappears and such things. I am running Windows 7 64 windows is all updated and so are the video drivers. My resolution is HD 1080p 1920 x 1080 60hz Refresh Rate. AMD Raedon HD 6900. DX11. Any one who can help me out let me know what you would like me to try to do. Also I copy and pasted the same folder into my laptop windows 8 and HB loads and runs normal on that machine for me.

Please attach your log, while I would naturally assume this is an issue with your system's configuration, maybe accessibility options, 3rd party window handling(like some Stardock software or something), or the actual process freezing on mouse over.. none can be officially supported without a log.

Disable hardware acceleration and let me know

Disable Hardware Acceleration Option

The disable hardware acceleration option enables you to turn off hardware acceleration for debugging and test purposes. When you see rendering artifacts in an application, try turning off hardware acceleration. If the artifact disappears, the problem might be with your video driver.
The disable hardware acceleration option is a DWORD value that is either 0 or 1. A value of 1 disables hardware acceleration. A value of 0 enables hardware acceleration, provided the system meets hardware acceleration requirements; for more information, see Graphics Rendering Tiers.

That fixed it thank you Tony. I had installed Razer's Booster and it had enabled hardware acceleration and maybe something else but once i restored it and removed the program it fixed it thank you very much Tony.

you are welcome dude :)
