I have Windows 7 Home

Try uninstalling HB completely, restart your PC. Make sure you have the microsoft package crap installed, disable AV, restart PC, install HB

Also try without any CC/Plugin/Botbases first

it wont delete all files from HB

Still same thing happening after clean install, restart, and my AV is disabled.
