HB back up?

The sticky release post states a test release only yet I am seeing a lot of post on the forums indicating people are currently botting.

Did I miss something?
Or are people chancing the test build? Would love to get back to botting if it's safe. Or at least as safe as botting gets.

The bot is always tested for safety before any release is made. It's only labeled test because support for the new features and changes in the WoW client (Draenor flying, etc.) is not tested yet. So it's (relatively) safe, it just likely has more bugs than a stable release.
