Hi! Im pretty new with HB. I just wunder if i can use mining/herb if i have HB or need i buy GB.

Yes you can, although you will need a lifetime license in order to use flying mount.

HB does have the function to mine/herb but, I'd only suggest it for levelling the professions or whislt you level a character, otherwise it's just not good enough.
