HB and questrewards

hi, know anybody how hb chooses the questrewards?. Looking at runing hb in questorder i have seen, that hb choses a dagger insted of an bow for my hunter. Other time it chooses leather insted of mail armor.

i thought it always got the item that sold for the most, did they change it?

I am rather certain it compares the items using the AutoEquip wheightsets.. But they've been rather screwed lately, imo..
