HB and GB

This is probably a really silly question but I bought 1year HB to test it out, can I use GB aswell or do I need to buy that seperatly?

you can upgrade your Hb to Gb lifetime if you want with a discount
with Gb lifetime you will be able to use Gb and Hb?(3sessions in total)

you will have to pay 80euros minus the money you gave for Hb
