HB:2 support please.

I'm trying to use the new version of HB and I'm getting an error, do I need to have .netframe work 3/3.5sp1/4 or what?

If its been a while, there is much other help here for getting it installed correctly...

If that doesn't get you fixed up, please *attach* (not cut-n-paste) a full log to your follow-up. This lets us see what's going on.

Than you chinajade, I actually ran across tonys .netframe work cleanup tool and ran, re installing 3.5 now so I'll post back shortly with results. Again thank you.

First, I'd make sure your account credentials are not messed up, by checking them here.

Second, make sure your .NET 3.5 is Service Pack 1. Plain .NET 3.5 is not good enough.

Lastly, if none of this works, Tony's going to have to look at it.
I'm not familiar with all the gyrations they use to authenticate and log someone in. Right now, it looks like you are using a trial account. If that's the case, make sure the credentials are right (Test / T3st, when I tried it many moons ago). I'm not sure the trial accounts are still enabled to be honest, and I could easily have the credentials wrong (case matters, too).

When i went to the link provided this is what i see,

Is there anything wrong?

That looks like you've got one valid session for Honorbuddy, which doesn't agree with what the log shows (it thinks you have 3 Trial sessions).

If you don't want to wait for Tony, just try a fresh install following all the 'new user' instructions. Walk through that whole silly .NET 3.5 SP1 page, too. I know its a pain, but your other option is wait for Tony. :)
