HB 1.9.4.5 <QuestBlacklist> is not functional

As title says blacklist does not work with HB unless this is the wrong tag...

Blacklists should be obsolete now that all of the quest ordering is whitelisted, no?

i'm using quest order, and i left those quest out but HB will always pick it up no matter what i do im trying to not pick them up but hb hates me

That's strange. I was under the impression it should only pick up the ones you specify in your questorder (I thought that was the whole point of it). Are you saying its still trying to pick up quests other than those you specified? Can you post the profile (or PM it to me if its private).

i've tried with and without the blacklist same results, but random

Sometimes the bot will not pick it up but after completling a quest or two it will eventually pick it up, same with starting the bot past the first quest
