HazzDruid & InstanceBuddy Error

I have my main on one account clear the instance using IB with no problems, my second account is is using HazzDruid and is providing healing support and looting for the instance farm. I get the following error from the healer:

[10:27:21 PM:702] [STUCK] Couldn't get unstuck.. Adding blackspot.
[10:27:21 PM:713] [STUCK] Moving backwards for 3 seconds.
[10:27:24 PM:750] [STUCK] Clearing current path to regenerate it around our stuck location.

any suggestions on what to try?
