Hax.lua error? Sounds fishy please help

Hi, I was using the Azenius project quest buddy profile and got a random dc, after that I had this error pop up second time i've seen it. A little concerning it says hax in it.

it happens when the box tries to inject after being disconnected. its nothing to worry about. next time please use the search to look for an answer before posting.
