Having trouble with the login key

Ok so i tried to login to HB today and it says

You have entered an invalid product key. if you are trying to login with a username and password, please check your registered email address to obtain the key that is created instead of your old shop login.


Some one please help, i have toons that need to be leveled and herbs and ore that need to be farmed.

Yeah, i saw that post. I did not receive any new key, nor could see one on my sessions. So, i did send and email to [email protected] and look what the person who is there to answer to customers sent me:

"you are really disturbing, just use your key ... you always used

WHAT DO YOU WANT ?"

This is just ridiculous. Should i believe that?

I have not received my key yet. Really not sure if i'm being trolled here. Because i go to the link in that thread and it just takes me to a link for the honorbuddy forums...nothing else there. can someone please give me a straight answer, and email with a key in it or instructions on how to proceed forward
