Having trouble with HB

when i load any profile it just sits there and doesnt do anything. Also when i do BG's it joins the bg then just sits there also doesnt attack or run toward the objective

i think i found the problem, i was using gladiator suite as combat and it wouldnt work, but when i did the singular combat profile it did the quests and everything, is the gladiator suite for warlock out of date or something??
