Having trouble with 4th instance of DB

I got 3 bots running without problems, and a 4th stalling at login:

[23:57:51.504 N] Demonbuddy v1.0.1446.317 started
[23:57:52.787 N] Logging in...

Its running on a separate working key, any ideas?

It worked earlier this morning, and I tried using a fresh install
