Having trouble starting the .exe file

Eyo!! I was going to bot some, was a year ago or something since last time.... downloaded the program, was going to start it... but nothing happens when i start the honorbuddy.exe file?? it comes up in the processlist, but nothing happens.. no program starts or anything, what can be the problem?
