Having trouble new user pls help!

Hi,
I'm having some trouble with the bot. I can get it to launch enter in my key and get to the start bot screen. Once i try to start the bot i get an unknown error i am hoping someone can lend some support my way heres a log View attachment 7368 2015-08-22 14.27.txt

Try and simply restart the bot

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
