Having trouble accessing my main account.

It seems I am locket out of my main account. I tried to use my normal password, but it didn't work, I looked through my email about access from a new location or anything related to make sure it wasn't hijacked. I tried to reset my password with my email, but it said that the email wasn't recognized.

What should I do about recovering my account? (Picture below as somewhat of proof that the account is mine).

The account name can't be changed so you can also get the account back with a copy of your id. Just call them.
