Having to End Processes to Continue Botting

I have to end processes like console window host and compilers for the bot to not get stuck on stuff like "Resting" or "Applying Precombat Buffs" or even to get the bot to finish initializing.

I've tried using a fresh HB but that didn't help. I'm guessing I need to update my java or whatever code that the bot runs in? Honestly no idea ;(

Looking back at my logs, I even have some that just are this.

[3:10:18 AM:1] Loading Honorbuddy 2.0.0.4555 settings.

What is that even supposed to mean? That's not even part of the problem. I look and test CCs all the time to see if I like the way they function or not but HB isn't even loading at this point.

Looking at my debug log, it just gets stuck initializing.

[5:53:04 AM:540] Activity: Loading Spells
[5:53:04 AM:578] Activity: Initializing Spell Manager
[5:53:04 AM:592] Activity: Initializing Plugins

I can post a log for this if that's really needed..

I used a fresh install twice now and it still freezes up. When I close it and try to re-open the client I get this.

"The process cannot access the file C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Bossland GmbH\Honorbuddy\2.0.0.4564\CompiledHonorbuddyAssemblies\CSCDA89.tmp\ because it is being used by another process." Which is when I close conhost.exe and cvtres.exe to try to get hb running again.
