Having some issues after purchasing another trial 3 day pass...

Purchased it today, and all day long ive had nothing but issues. It will not play ranked or regular play mode just tells me there is a main thread error like others.... i ran buddy wizard still having issues though... will i get a new trial for my inconvenience?
