Having problems wwith BGbuddy, havnt used HB in 2 years just came back. Please help

Hello i am having problems getting my bot to Que for a BG, i got the bot to start in game running good but when i click Start to run BGbuddy it does nothing< says loading empty profile and doesnt Que for anything.

Iv done Full reinstalls from the most recent ZIP folder. but all it does still is Que for BG and just stand there and wwont accept it when it pops up
 
Now it will not work at all. i have to Unzip a neww folder everytime i wwwant to connect to HB now for it to do anything.
 
i really dont understand whats going on... can someone please help me..

my HB key works. it connects to client fine but when i press BGbuddy for my Frost Dk it does nothing..
 
recent log. ... HB crashed right awway when i pressed start and did nothing.. WHY IS IT DOING THIS and no one else is having this fucking problem this is stupid.
 
HB just crashed now.. and to get it to work , i have to Re unzip HB every single time just to get it to open up now.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS GETTING FUCKING STUPID.... no help what so ever for the past 12 hours on this shit.
 
try changing wow to dx9 mode, you can do this via your wow graphic options.
also dont bump your own thread, if you have more to add then edit your last post.
