Having problems with all plugins

So i did a fresh install of demonbuddy because of a compiler error and now none of the plugins are showing up even EZUpdater when I follow the directions on how to install. Anyone know how to fix this?

So ya uninstalled VC++ and the framework and used the dependecy wizard to reinstalled to see if that was the problem for me then reinstalled DB and still isn't working does anyone know a fix
