having problems starting db plz help me

i dunno if i have Done it correctly but i think so, i link the issues it says when i launch db

I deleted a list of programs one of the mods/devs posted that apparently interfere with DB, restarted my computer, and it worked. Weird thing is I've had the programs with DB for the last month and it did not cause problems until now.
 
i tryed that but dosnt seems that i have that programs at my com so dunno what to do now
 
any firewall/antivirus enabled?
 
are you on a limited network?

try to flush your dns and power cycle your router as well
 
this could be a reason your cant connect,yep
 
so i need to set it up for a prober landline internet for using it maybe, or inlarge my speed on net ?
