Having problems loading profile from buddy store.

I can't load anything from the buddy store, it shows that I have it on the auth.. Heres the latest log doing some turn ins but can't see anything on buddy store.

I emailed also, Tony said to throw up a post.

so when you click "load profile" then "from Store" nothing shows up in that list?

Correct, just shows a blank screen nothing else. Would a screenshot of it help?

when you log into your buddyauth account at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal is your honorbuddy key listed?

Yup, it's listed and shows active.

did you log into https://store.buddyauth.com/ with the same buddyauth login? and add products? when you click on My Purchases are they listed? and is streaming enabled for those products?

i have just started having this same issue. has anyone solved this probelm. ive checked all the above and its all good

Scottee. you are posting on an old topic from january. there is another topic for todays issue and its affecting a lot of people. they are working on the issue.
