Having Issues

Okay ever since i hit outlands my leveling has gotten extremely slow, took me about 5 or 6 days of played time to get 4 levels... I just started up a new profile and let it run for about an hour and here are my results :

Exp/H: 25500
Deaths: 13
Kills: 80

This seems to be the same story with every profile i use, and i have used almost all of them.
I am running HB on my 63 balance druid, i chose balance because feral was even worse.

Any idea what is going on?

I can tell you, I had the same struggle it is just a facts that druids are freaking bad with HB, and the CCs are not good in my opinion. I have also used balance as on feral I have made like 160 dps with level 66 only.
