Having issues starting DemonBuddy

I just bought a 1month key, Ive installed demonbuddy and extracted to my desktop as the user manual states. my game settings are proper. when I log in and put my key in, the D3 window flashes then it says connected to d3 the next line is flashing window. the program has then stopped working. the first time i opened it it asked me what combat profile i wanted to use then closed down. it wont make it that far again. how can i fix this problem honorbuddy works fine for me with WoW. log attached.
