Having Issues registering HB Lifetime Key

Not sure which info you want, or who you want me talk to (Going to shoot Boss a PM as well) but I cannot register my HB lifetime to the new keys system. It is telling me that A.) I am already registered to the provided e-mail, and B.) The e-mail/password combination is invalid. Anyone have a clue where to go from here aside from the PM to boss?
