Having HB issues (I'm posting logs as requested)

Authentication Failed - Max Sessions and Session is invalid. Those are the two main issues I'm experiencing as if somebody is kicking me out of my bot. I already explained it thoroughly in an email I sent to [email protected], I was just told to put the logs up here as they couldn't receive them for some reason.
 
Yes, I am sharing it with two of my friends, and we're all getting the same problem. Sometimes none of us can use the key, as if somebody else is using them, and other times the bot just stops working with "Session is invalid notification" or we get kind of kicked out (HB remains open, although the login window appears on top of it, as if somebody kicked us out). I did a clean install of Windows just to make sure I haven't had a keylogger or something.

No, they are not. As I said, we're attempting to log on HB at the same time, and we can't. Besides, none of us can "kill sessions" as Buddy Auth Portal doesn't display our bots there.
 
Only one person can log in at once as far as I know.

Either you, your friend A or your friend B use it, but you can't use it while a friend is already using it.
 
None of us is doing this, I repeat, because the keys aren't listed when we log in. There are three empty slots, and no keys are displayed. I'm not sure if I did it correctly, but I registered there using the username and password I use to log on to these forums.
 
You receive a key to your mail address if you bought the Bot.
If not, log in at buddyauth.com with the mail-address you bought the bot with, and head to the "KEYS" tab. If theres nothing listed, tell us what payment method you've been using. Some methods take a few hours.
 
That's exactly what I did. I registered, logged in, yet I haven't noticed the keys being displayed. Also, I've had the bot since February, so I don't think a certain payment method has anything to do with it. Besides, I'm not sure what payment method was used in the process, as one guy bought the bot for me, processed it to my email, and I gave him the gold in return. Anyway, this is what the Buddy Auth Page looks like:

Has he used your or his mail address during the payment? If he uses his, ask for his mail address and register at the buddyauth page using that e-mail address (not sure if possible), otherwise contact [email protected] including every bit of information you have.
 
I'm not exactly sure, I'll have to ask the actual Dzenanco about that (I'm one of his friends who he shares the bot with and have been writing these topics in his name due to his not-so-good english). He doesn't seem to have the info about bot purchase in his e-mail address anymore (I was looking for it just now but he seems to have deleted it or something) so I'll have to ask him personally before getting back to you.
 
keep in mind that you must register on portal using the email u used in checkout page
 
I just asked him, and he said the e-mail used for registration on Buddy Auth Portal was also used in the checkout page, so that's not the issue. Is there a way to delete that registration and then re-register, or should I contact [email protected] again?

P.S. As previously said, no keys or sessions are listed once I log in the Buddy Auth Portal, the only thing that exists is some random profile in the "Gatherbuddy Profiles" tab, I'll upload the screenshot now.
