Haven't received key

I purchased (2) 3-month subscriptions on May 9 and still haven't received my keys.

I received a message that said:

Your order needs to be manually reviewed by our financial team to prevent fraudulent activities. This process may take up to a business day.

On day 2, I submitted a support request. Now it is day 3. Please help
