Have you seen Lapras or Snorlax?

I know there's not any Snolax and Lapras Nests out there, but does any of you know a place in the world, where one might get lucky finding one or two?

They spawn randomly. I've found around 5 during this month in Sweden. One of them had 100%IV. And all around 1500-2000+CP

you can get definetly alot of snorlax in japan around tokyo under ueno park towards shipping districts have caught many there with out PF

No, I did it both in my hometown (Northern Sweden) and Stockholm, the capital. Its just random
