It seems like the market is pretty much oversaturated on everything. Also we seem to have bots cancelling and reposting every 5-10 minutes. Meaning all that is happening is a constant undercutting war. Anyone have any idea how to manage this?

what do you mean ?
the prices are going up becuase the gold sellers need more gold
the prices go down when they have to much gold or they don't need it ATM
it's all basic information about the economic
A way to fix it the undercutting war would be to add a wait routine in the PB profile they are using so it won't cancel 24/7 (Talk to the author about it).
The auction house isn't depended on gold sellers.. But rather on when you can cap your new conquest/valor.. Or even on raid nights some prices go up. Prices will drop throughout the patch because everyone is getting decked out in gear. This is for the most used items ofc, (Ores, Herbs, Meats, Gems, Enchants etc.)
