Have trouble loading profile from buddy store

Hi. I just joined Honorbuddy today and purchased "Apexis Dailies & Bonus Objectives" from Buddy Store, however I cannot load the profile to my Honorbuddy.
I tried in two different PCs and got the same problem.

First, I tried "[06:03:13.096 D] Loading profile from store:///1-100 Questing Profile Pack/Auto Loader.xml", but no response.
Then, tried it again" [06:03:50.225 D] Loading profile from store:///1-100 Questing Profile Pack/Auto Loader.xml". No response.
Then, "[06:04:16.608 D] Loading profile from store:///Apexis Dailies & Bonus Objectives - Patch 6.2/Auto Loader.xml". No response.
Waited about 1 minutes, still nothing. Finally, at [06:05:59.165 N], I tried to change the selection to BGBuddy, the BGBuddy works.

No, the HB works now, but it still cannot load profile from buddy store.

I tried to load three different profiles from buddy store. None of them works.

Hi, I dont have "cache.bin" file. Instead, I only have one file named "DYAiFXyWREbkD6egRR10dw==" without extension.

Thank you for your reply! I just run local profiles and they worked fine. Eventually, I reset my network settings, changed my DNS and dang! problem solved. Thank you guys.
